We walk in memory of Marie, our dear Mum and Grandma who was a staunch supporter of Little Haven for many many years.

We are fundraising to support the amazing work that Little Haven Palliative Care provides to patients and families in our area.

Hi, I’m Hayley. I run a market stall called Smart Cookies and I’m fundraising for Little Haven through online donations and selling my cookies.

Team Harmonious Disability Care will be walking to remember our angel Tilly 💜 and support Little Haven and all the amazing work they do with families in our community.

We walk together as a team – Staff, Committee and Volunteers remembering the 308 patients we have cared for in the past year.
