Me and some of my family members are walking to remember and acknowledge the wonderful service the Little Haven nurses provided when my Mum was diagnosed with cancer. Little Haven was a fantastic support to Mum, myself and other family members in the last months of her life. Please give generously so Little Haven can continue to support people with terminal illness. Thank you.
